My story
For 6 years I struggled with pain management after a traumatic car accident. From chronic head pain and reduced mobility, I tried every approach to finding help for my symptoms.
After going through all of the conventional approaches for pain treatment, I found relief through Biodynamic Craniosacral and Lymphatic Therapies. I decided to pursue a certification in this methodology to help others restore their quality of life.
My proven techniques help ease your physical symptoms through intentional practice and individualized care.

Hip, knee, feet issues
Swollen joints
Swollen lymphs
Sinus pressure
Abdominal bloat
What are biodynamic therapies?
Restorative techniques for the whole body
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
is a gentle yet profound, non-invasive, hands-on treatment for the whole body, allowing the body to relax and unwind.
Biodynamic Lymphatic Therapy
is a technique used to move lymphatic fluid that pools throughout the body, reducing inflammation and pain.

I have personally witnessed the incredible impact of Amy’s work. Her deep understanding of the body, combined with a gentle yet highly effective approach, allows her to provide relief in ways that feel almost effortless. Whether guiding patients through complex healthcare challenges or using craniosacral therapy to ease pain, she creates a safe and supportive space for healing.
